Wedding season starts early again!
After a quick break we were back for our first wedding booking of the year on the 14th January, held at The Landmark Hotel in Marylebone London. Also in January was a debut as guest singer with saxophonist Frank Griffith’s Best Coast Big Band, at The Manor in Ruislip; a corporate launch event for Nat West Bank, and a return to Boisdale of Canary Wharf to perform more of his brilliant translations of the Sinatra songbook at The Chivas Regal Sinatra Night…

Kevin & his band hired as the ‘1920′s band’ on E4 MADE IN CHELSEA TV show
Kevin was thrilled to be hired by the producers of E4 reality-soap ’Made In Chelsea’ to feature in the show’s finale as a 1920′s style jazz band. They performed live during the filming of the Gatsby-themed party shown in Series 2′s final episode. The band are also available for hire (with full 1920′s & 1930′s era song list) for corporate entertainment or parties in this theme, or for a 20′s/30′s style vintage wedding.
Kevin makes his debut live on radio JAZZ FM
See The Kevin Fitzsimmons Sextet record their Jazz FM debut live at Bosidale Canary Wharf on 16th November (during The London Jazz Festival). Highlights from the show broadcast live nationwide on Jazz FM (DAB/Sky 0202/Freesat 729) on following Tuesday, 22nd November, 8pm-9pm. Jazz FM say, “….his voice is an irresistible mix of Sinatra, Bennett & Buble”.
BBC TV star Dragon becomes a client
Kevin & band were booked by BBC TV Dragon’s Den star and entrepreneur Peter Jones to perform at his recent
private event.
