Once we’ve been in contact and agreed a fee, we require a band deposit of £250 to secure the booking, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due either 10 days before your event or by guaranteed payment (i.e. cash) on the day. The band holds a full Public Liability Insurance policy and all of our electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested, so we can liaise directly with your venue on your behalf in providing them with any necessary documentation. Our hire contracts usually specify our clients supply: sufficient space at venue for size of band, electricity supply (min two standard electric sockets), changing facility, a space to store instrument cases, refreshments, suitable protection against sun and rain if playing outdoors. If any of these requirements are not possible it isn’t necessarily a problem, but please simply let us know before confirming the booking. Please be aware to that on rare occasions the band use it’s own regular pool of deputy players (in case of illness, unavailability etc), therefore we cannot 
guarantee that the musicians performing at the event will be those who have performed on our demo recordings – but we can guarantee the replacement player is guaranteed to be of the same standard of musicianship.
